Introduction - Maximizing the time of physicians and staff while providing excellent patient service is a challenge that every busy practice must come to terms with. Participants will learn techniques for evaluating scheduling demands, giving each patient the full amount of time needed, making room for walk-ins and urgent unscheduled patients and keeping room in the schedule to get new patients in without a long wait. You will learn how to use modified wave schedules tailored to each physician and mid-level provider. You will also learn techniques for scheduling rooms and equipment as well as keeping the back-office flow moving at an efficient pace without feeling too rushed for the patient. This program is designed for all staff and physicians.
