Medical Records Management
Available On-Demand 24 / 7 at Your Convenience

Introduction - The days when the medical record was only the private document of the physician are long gone. In today's medical marketplace payers, patients and government expect to be able to review and have access to a copy of the record. Creating legible, complete and accurate records that will withstand the scrutiny of legal challenges as well as compliance audits is the newest challenge facing medical practices. Participants will learn how to accomplish these tasks utilizing the latest techniques in paper records, electronic records and voice recognition. You will also learn general requirements for retention of records, storage and production of records. This program is designed for managers and physicians.
